Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, delivery takes 2–5 business days, depending on where you live. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. During our launch offer, shipping is free on all orders.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, since we may not be able to change it once your order has shipped.

Customs and import fees

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These charges, if any, are the customer's responsibility.
